Yes, we require a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned to you when you move out of the unit, provided there is no damage or outstanding balance.

We offer a grace period of five days past the due date for payments. After that, a late fee will be applied to your account. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office to discuss your options.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, limited availability on weekends.

You can rent a storage unit by calling us at 516-493-0210, if you need the unit for the weekend, please contact us by Friday the latest.

The amount of time you’ll need storage depends on your situation. We offer month-to-

month leases so you have the flexibility to move out when the time is right.

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation on the same day you need the storage,

as long as you contact us during regular business hours. Except weekend, you need to

reserve during the week.

Yes, you are responsible for the items you store. It is your decision whether you get

insurance for those items or not. We offer third party insurance/protection plan options

at our online portal.

To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay

including using our mobile app, our online customer center, by phone or by mailing a

check directly to our office.

We offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard,

Discover, Visa, or Bank Account.

There is a convenience fee added to the total payment amount when paying with Credit

or debit card. If paying with a bank account & routing number is free.

Yes, online bill payment is available when you log in to our mobbile app or online using

our Customer Center.

Yes, you have to bring your own lock, we recommend a heavy-duty lock or combination

lock.

You can have access to your unit 24 hours a day.
